Sometimes it's hard not to think of this site as "The National Inquirer of the Tuba World". The posts that so many wonderful musicians take time to put together make up for all the trash that is dumped here. I can't count the number of DETAILED e-mails I received on questions concerning playing and equipment from people I've come to know from this site. When I printed your info on "Winter 2003 issue of ITEA Journal about solo literature on CC tuba" I keep thinking what a great resource. I'm starting to make a habit of printing all the good stuff. Thanks for the time you took to post on the BSO subject and Here's to everyone who contributes thoughtful and useful info on the "Iron Bass".
This is the only connection to the tuba world for many.
