No, they're not always better. There just tends to be more professional quality horns that are in CC, at least in America. I played some BBb that were great horns though.
The MW25 I really liked. The Yamaha 681 BBb was an amazing 5/4 BBb. I wouldn't doubt the Rudy BBb's are even better.
