I used to play on a cerveny 5 valve CC, and I had the 5th valve moved from left to right hand. This was about 10 years ago, and I had a repair guy in the Akron Ohio area (I can't remember his name of the name of his business) do this for me. He did a custom job, and if I remember correctly it cost about $150 to $200 for parts and labor to do the job. I was very pleased with the result, it worked very well. I hope this helps at least a little.
