Lee did mine (Cerveny CCB686 5 valve) last year. He did a great job, and it works fine. He also did a custom (not factory parts) job. He moved the bracket and linkage that was already there and used some parts that he had in the shop. Looks like it could have been done at the factory.
Total cost for the job $400. I probably came out better that way. I called Cerveny and they wanted around $250 for the parts alone. If it's a great horn, might be worth the investment.
