Whoever takes the gig next time better hang for a while,
if orchestras (for some reason think they) have to go through THIS type of expense
to place a principal who only plays at most 75% of the programmed works
and then don't even get to keep the players for a few years, then it is NO WONDER orchestral music production is such a tenuous and failing enterprise
