As a follow-up to my previous message:

If you are seriously considering publishing this, check with some publishers first. They can often pull strings with other publishers when it comes to getting rights for arrangements. I wrote an arrangment for a group I was playing with that I never planned on publishing, but when some people heard it they wanted me to publish but I told them I couldn't because the estate of the composer still owned the rights and they would not give permission to anyone to arrange anything. But my own publisher went to bat and they worked out a deal.

If you connect yourself with a publisher, they will often pay rights to the original publisher so that your publisher can sell your works. Your publisher will consider it a business expense to pay rights for something that you will arrange, they will publish, and you will split the profits 50/50.
