I know this isn't what you asked, so my apologies:
I'd go for a used horn of better quality than either of these - you'll get a better horn for your money, and one that will probably hold its value better than either of these.
I had a Cervany Piggy, and it was "blown out" within about 6 months. Also, I once had to perform a Bach Suite on a recital while pushing the 2nd valve back up every time with my left hand.
