If your repairman has good bending skills, a bending jig, and a reliable 70 degrees F. working environment, he should be able to order a straight mouthpipe - filled with pitch and bend it to wrap "around" the bell.
Yeah, that 45 degree angle tuba on the lap (ala Holton 6/4, etc.) is for the birds.
If the mouthpipe ends up an inch or so longer than "stock", as long as the tuning slide has 1/2" push available you'll be fine.
