Baltimore Brass and it's proprietor David Fedderly, tubist for the Baltimore Symphony, are very highly regarded. I've never had the opportunity to do business with Mr. Fedderly personally, but many people on this board have reported good experiences with him, and I've yet to see even one bad report, so I feel confident referring you to him. He has a website where he lists many horns for sale and of course his address and phone #.
