It certainly looks like a King to me. The second valve cap is clearly a King part, and the wrap looks like a King. The only question I'd have would be about the age of the horn. Did UMI at any point market a King-designed sousaphone as a Conn? (i.e. a 1250/2350 as a 14K?) If so, that would explain a Conn logo. Otherwise, I can't see it as a Conn.
