That's what I figured. Maybe they are offering this gentleman for sale along with the tuba?
After perusing the site some more, I found the picc trumpet to look like a nightmare as well. Even better is the fact that the site has clips of a guy playing jazz on the valve 'bone under the images of the instrument. Of course any sane person would notice that there isn't any implication that the horn is used in these recordings and I believe that no similar assumptions should be made.
Sadly, the knick nacks and telescopes are worth far more than the professional three valve tuba with the ball-splitter keel on the bottom.
