Alright, I'm finally ready to buy my first new tuba, and some of the questions may seem infantile, but please gimmie a bit o' knowledge.
Will an increase in bore size drastically affect the amount of air required? I have my eye on a 4/4 4 Valve front action BBb, but I dont know if I should opt for a larger bore (the old yamaha 3/4 size iddy biddy bore(.6 something) that i used to play was too easy to overblow), and what is a Kaiser model, and what will it give me for sound?
What is a good company to buy from? The only place that I know of right now is the Woodwind and the Brasswind.
