There really is little difference between a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Sure the gas grill starts up faster, but the charcoal grill, some say, cooks better tasting steaks. Now the gas grill does require refilling propane tanks periodically, but the charcoal grill means cleaning out the ashes all the time. The charcoal grill also burns off all the grease so you won't need that can to collect grease. Now that think about it I have never really been able to tell the difference in taste if the cook doesn't tell me which type of grill be cooked my burger on. I have also used both types of grills and actually, they both cook pretty good burgers. Man this is so confusing.

Oh, sorry, we were discussing valves, weren't we.
