Don't waste yer money. The bid's already up to $75 + shipping. I live in the Dallas, Tx area and the local chain Brook-Mays and the Mars Music have very similar stands for $55-65.00. I got mine off the floor for $49.00. It didn't have a carrying bag, but it is a very nice stand, especially if you play outdoors at all. It stay's put on windy days quite nicely.
