The Silent Brass system for tuba comes in one size only but I hesitate to call it "universal" or "one size fits all" simply because it appears that it doesn't "fit" in the strictest sense. I would encourage you to try one on the horn you'll be using it on before you pop for the $200+ pricetag. I posted an extensive review of this product on the Tube-Net a while back so you could read my thoughts on it in the archives. To answer your question, it is designed to be usable by any size instrument. Good luck!
