Just go to the grocery store and pick up a tub of Wright's Silver Cream. (huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh!!!!!!!!! - the nix demonic plague of polishes!!!!)
It IS quite abrasive, but you can DILUTE it with some good strong liquid dishwashing detergent. A fine and cheap one is Octagon (strong, concentrated, and big bottle).
Mix up a goo (NO, not YOU Tubagoo!) of Wright's Silver Cream and the liquid detergent. Use a big, absorbent, SOFT, durable sponge and shine it up OUTDOORS (in the shade next to some Buesches :-) on a big piece of cardboard or on a painting tarp. When you are done, hose all of that Tubagoo (sorry) off and pat it dry.
DONE!!!
