Hi from England,
I recently received a euphonium mouthpiece from Doug Elliott after a wait
of nearly 16 weeks ! During that time it took a lot of hassle to get him
to respond to faxes & Emails.
However, when the mouthpiece arrived it was first class and everything I
hoped it would be, fautless !
I am currently awaiting a shank and a tuba mouthpiece for one of my students,
theres been no reply at all for over a week.
It seems thats the way he works.
Do not let this put you off his products.
