Why limit yourself to pieces written especially for tuba and whatever? Head to your local music store and find a duet you like (any combination of instruments) and grab a tablet of manuscript paper and let the tranposing begin.

If it's an unaccompanied duet, you'll find that almost anything will work. If there's a piano accompaniment, the left hand may need editing to avoid clutter in the low register.

I'd start with either a tuba and any other instrument duet or maybe a trombone duet. The latter should work very well for bass clarinet and tuba with a good high register. Or the tuba's part could be played down an octave.

At any rate, there's a ton of non-tuba literature out there just waiting for you to play it.
