I was about to post what comes to mind when I hear that DB-88 voice, but it is not printable.
The spinning know is RETRO engineering back to the OLD style DB-66 which had a round dial. When they got RID of the round knob on the '66, many were upset.
OK, enough talk...Who's buying? ;^)
BTW, the "econo" Dr. Beat is called a DB-12, according to my wife.
