OK, most everyone on this bbs is familiar with me...
I FINALLY have seen (actually purchased TODAY) a "special edition" TE-186 Miraphone BBb.
Once and for all, it is NOTHING MORE than an S-186 in its latest (for some time now)version:
- nickel-silver bell wreath
- nickel-silver m'pipe
- rose brass branch between #4 rotor and main slide.
- no engraving
- brass slide ferrules and brass outer slide tubes
- no trim rings on the bottom bow nickel ferrules
- brass keel
- grey plastic linkage
