I recently picked Velvet Brown up from the airport after 24 straight hours of her traveling from Italy to Paris to New York to Cincinnati and then straight to a practice for Monarch Brass (International Women's Brass Conference). She still played flawlessly. If girls can't play Carnival of Venice, she must be an alien. I have a feeling that she could play it in her sleep. Also check out Deanna Swamboda and multiple others. They can add an emotion to playing that many men just can't.
