A lot of people seem to recommend the Jupiter, and I agree that it is an "OK" econo tuba. The one goofy thing about it seems to be the high Bb, which is a note that a striving young player will encounter fairly soon. That particular note on the Jupiter seems to "slot" very badly - whereas on most tubas that note just about "jumps out" of the instrument, with the Jupiter one seems to have to be extremely careful to be able to attack it with precision.
