You don't say if this has to be 'legit' music. If not, you might find some old standards (check Ella Fitzgerald's or Lena Horne's discography). She sings the vocals, you play the bass line. Can you also use a piano? That would be even better, and would allow you to play some melody or even improvise. I never thought about this before, but in my head it sounds like it could really work well, esp. on an Eb. I may try it too!
