Do you plan to buy only one, or will this be the first of two or three? More importantly, what type of playing are you doing? Does your teacher of your new college have a preference? Are you a music major, or do you just want to play for fun? How much money is "not too difficult on the wallet?" I think before any of us answer your question, these questions need to be answered.
That being said, Cerveny horns are good (but not very durable) horns for the money. Before buying one of these, though, I would suggest talking to your future college instructor.
