As our government has evolved into a tyrannical and amoral disgrace, I would not have a guilty conscience bearing false witness before it, were it for the advancement of Good. However, I would indeed feel guilty were I to decide to put myself under its employ, considering the pervasive evil and perversion within it. Rather than considering going under its employ under false pretenses, why not work for your grubstake elsewhere and strive to undo the evil that has permeated those who wish to rule us and also work to undo the perverted system which they have created? The morally straight need not support the morally wicked.
Incidentally, artificially putting one's mind in a weak state will not help one regain one's God-given freedoms, whether it occurred in the past, or whether it is a current indiscretion.
