A number of factors determine the value of any instrument. They include rarity, original quality, condition, and any special features. Is this a standard size horn or a jumbo or small horn? Is it in Eb or Bb? The serial number on this would place it from the late 1920s, which isn't that old.
In general a Bb horn is worth more than an Eb, 4 valves are worth more than 3, and a "jumbo" is worth more than a standard size. If you could post some pictures and a little more description it would be easier to come up with a realistic value.
