As promised, I have finally put together some of the spectral analyses that I performed on recordings that I made in May. It turned out even more interesting than before (at least to me) and the results may surprise you. But it seems a revelation for me, unless I'm drawing all the wrong conclusions, which is likely. I may have a clue as do the difference between *deep* and *dark*.
The article includes waveforms of low and high Bb's on the York, spectral analysis of those notes plus a comparison of the York and Miraphone spectra.
