A common first year college student Euph solo with piano would be Morceau Symphonique. It is far from being a terribly difficult piece but flows well and has some nice lyrical passages. If you would like to show off serious technical ability I suggest Blue Bells of Scotland. Both would probably be available online through Southern Music, they ship rather quickly and I've never had a problem with them. Good Luck.
