Oh, I have. I've listened to, and enjoyed, everything from Gregorian chants to Steve Reich (wait a minute--those aren't so different!). I don't know how old you are, but some of us have been listening to orchestras play music for decades. Bruckner and Mahler can't go for long without getting played, it seems. I may not be a great player, but I'm a great listener.
My use of the name "Beethoven" was rhetorical, though that should not have to be explained. Whether I had said Bruckner or Mahler doesn't affect the point.
