I use a Curry 128D with a Helleberg rim, (special order). This mouthpiece has a very rich sound and the metal it is made from seems very dense. I enlarged the throat slightly on mine. I believe that Mr. Don Harry uses a Curry mouthpiece. The plating on mine has held up very well.
