I do agree a lot on this. If you know what you're looking for, going custom made can be easier than trying and buying a lot of 'compromize' mouthpieces. I've found one that I can find very few faults with for the contrabass, but am still waiting for my custom made one for the bass to be delivered. Hopefully this one will work out...
