The double horn is a strange beast. I would say that its "concert" voice range is about like that of a trombone EXCEPT that a trombone "favors" the lower part of that range a bit more and the French horn the upper part a bit more.

I might look at middle c (French horn music) like a two-ledger-below-the-bass-clef Bb or C for a BBb or CC tuba and transpose (or do some pretend-like-you're-playing-a-tuba-in-a-different-key-and-reading-a-different-clef trick).

If you are playing F tuba, I think I would just change the treble clef to a bass clef, change the key signature and accidentals, and read it "straight" as bass clef music. Because of the "weird" range of the French horn (again, "favoring" the upper part of its range), you could probably do exactly the same thing (just change the clef, key, accidentals) with a CC or BBb tuba and it would be fine.
