I could not find it in all the usual searches, but Amazon turned up a used copy. I've added the link below, but if it doesn't work, the above information in Amazon's Classical Power Search will turn it up.
All I could find in current print is a bunch of stuff with Michael Murray on Talarc.
You might also call the National Cathedral bookstore. A Yahoo search on "National Cathedral" will turn that contact information up.
