Actually, the C two ledger lines below the bass clef would just be 8'. This is the lowest written note on an organ keyboard or pedalboard. To actually hear that note you would need to pull an 8' stop. 16' would sound an octave below which is pedal CC on tuba (lowest C on the piano) while 32' would be 16 hz CCC which is the very low C in Encounters II. 64' sounds three octaves lower than the written note. So, for the C below the staff, it would sound CCCC, or 8 hz. Just thought I'd clear that up. You had the right idea, but just off on your foot lengths.
