Well, to meet the specifications you are looking for, I have no earthly idea. But what I can recommend is the 4 valve compensating Besson 983. I love this horn, it has a very rich sound, very centered and plays extremely well. It being an English horn, it's going to be a bit brighter but compared to what you're looking for, you might just need to give it a shot. It's worth a try.
