I've tried the 983 - it was fun to play but not the sound I'm looking for and I'd rather have 5 valves and non-comp.
I've tried one Willson Eb - I was unimpressed. I do like the Willson CC and Willson F that I've tried so maybe I just tried a mediocre Eb. Where'd you get your Willson?
I haven't played a MW 2141 or Nirschl before. I've heard the MW tends to have intonation quirks - is that your experience? What did you think of the Nirschl? Thanks for the help.
