You should think about lifting weights. This will help develop your neck, shoulders and over all strength. And with the right work out you will notice a great increase in your air. Lifting and breathing go hand in hand. My 2 cents, JVH
p.s. I agree with RE:RE go see a DR> But at your age, he or she will agree.
Its only about 20-30ils on you.
