A bucket filled with a hot solution of ammonium sulfate and trisodium phosphate, a scrap-metal cathode and a battery charger. Agitate frequently and use in a well ventilated area. Doesn't leave pits like the commercial de-electroplating processes do. Silver deposits as a black sludge in the bottom of the bucket.

I'm still fine-tuning the electrolyte formula and the current, but it works pretty good on small parts. It's not suitable for a large part, like a sousa bell, but it works well on small parts.
