I just wanted to mention a good experience I had lately.
About a year ago I bought an arrangement for euph from Bob Brule at Cimarron Music (www.cimarronmusic.com.) Somewhere along the way, I managed to lose the bass cleff part.
I sent Bob an e-mail and asked if I could buy just the missing part. Not only did I get the part in a couple of days, there was no charge.
I'd like to publicly thank Bob for his great customer support. He's been more than helpful on those occasions I've called looking for Tuba 4tet arrangements and I think he's got one of the most extensive collections of such music that I've run across.
