This one is out of print and includes Shostakovich excerpts that now violate a copyright agreement put in place after the fall of the Soviet empire. The only way to get it is to buy an existing copy. Bring your checkbook--they command a good price.
Some of the older Jerona publications in the series seem to be difficult to get, too. I ordered several from Robert King within the last year, and some of the newer ones from Encore. I snagged a copy each of the two Shostakovich books, but I paid at least three times the marked price for them.
