I've been wondering about this subject a while. I've been in the market for a tuba for a while, and when I get it, I want it engraved with some sort of tribute to my mother, who died this spring. I haven't talked to any repair/custom guys yet, but I was hoping someone could tell me what I could expect to pay on a laquer or silver horn for engraving, re-laquer/re-plating, etc. Thanks.
