It is so encouraging to hear that the Brass Band movement is growing in the U.S.

I live in Australia and have been playing in Brass Bands since the mid 60's.

The list of charts available for Brass Band is almost endless. The range of difficulty levels is enormous.

For those that don't know The Salvation Army has a library of music consisting of thousands of works. It may be worth calling your local Salvation Army Church to see if any music is available as many of these churches have sadly done away with their brass bands and music is sitting in cupboards rotting away.

Some the the best experiences of my life have come from playing in Brass Bands with tours to Canada, U.S.,The UK, New Zealand etc. If you haven't experienced playing in a british style brass band, give it a try, you may never want to to leave it.
