If the 4 valve detachable bell horn is a Conn 24J the school would be better to have someone play it then the 641. I attended community college about 12 years ago, and the director bought a brand new 641. I let someone else play the brand new 641 and chose to play the old beat up 24J. The 24J is just as good if not better then most of the BBb's on the market today.
