That's great to hear there is another really good Eb tuba on the market. Is the 980 a 3+1 valve configuration or 4 in a row? Could you explain the problems you found with the PT22? I would be interested in knowing what exactly you found. I played a couple and liked them but there were intonation issues that I could not ignore on the ones I played. I thought they had addressed these thgouh.
