You are not an addict. You are merely in search of the mystical "perfect" mouthpiece for you. All true brass players go through this and survive the, er, illness. You WILL find the perfect one. There is one for everyone. Then, it's great. Everything is going to be OK. Take two PT-50's at bedtime, and call your mouthpiece dealer in the morning.
