If you want a good horn, and you can find a dealer who will sell it to you. The Conn 52J. It is a little piggy tuba. It has an 18" bell and stands about forty inches tall. It has four piston valves, and a fifth rotar valve. This is a great palying horn with impressive range. I played on the horn for an hour before I bought it and to this day two weeks later, I do not regret it. Do some investigating. and e-mail me if you want details.
