Newer Rudolf Meinl 4/4 CC tubas have as good or better intonation that any other tubas available. The rotor Rudys are some of my favorites.
If you are in the used market, the older the instrument, the more effort the intonation may be (note that i said "may", but isn't that the case with most?). I have an "older" (not really sure how old, but not the same as the current model) Rudy 4/4 and the intonation quirks are fairly simple to get around.
