Looking for the Elusive Effie

Anybody have any idea where i can get myself a copy of the Effie suite by Wilder. (the famous one.) I've checked just about every online music catalog and tuba literature site and all the teachers i meet say its real wierd cuz its such a big piece. Any help would be the best
