As has been mentioned you should contact Tony Clements; he had a used PCM as of a few weeks ago. I believe he is presently involved in an ensemble camp in No. California, but I would imagine he keeps in touch with San Jose.
I bought a new silver-plated PCM, in March, from Tony, and it was less than 9K. It is a wonderful instrument; I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to own this horn.
Tony seems to have an excellent professional relationship with Gronitz; I would consider him your best source, even if you don't live anywhere near California.
