Who in their right mind would think glueing Quarters to your valves would make much of difference to the value of the horn?!??!
BOB, if you're trying to sell the horn your current description doesn't make me want to buy it:
"It used to play great but now the 4th valve is wrecked for unknown reasons therefore it don't play good no more" (in essence)...
Does it have anything good about it? Tell people.
